hotel was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable and the room was fantastic. the staff was very amiable, they blew my mind. i came here for 1 night and had a really great stay.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely rude.

We were in Chiang Mai for 1 day, had such great stay, the hotel was impeccably clean with particularly good location very close to night bazaar. There was a good-sized and cheap room with all the comforts. Location: the venue was not far from all local bars and restaurants, the night markets, and restaurants.

The twin room here was great, the staff were very helpful, and the setting was lovely.

The room we had was perfect and cheap with a fan and aircon, for example. It was in a central location, in the jungle.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff at Traveller Inn Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with a long-awaited package that arrived late, but they were quick to resolve it for us. Our room was perfect, with constant restocking of essentials like water, toilet paper, and even trash bags. The location of the hotel on a street with active nightlife and short walk to the Night Bazaar was convenient for exploring and joining tours. Convenient location in the heart of town, close to the Night Market and Walking Street. Directly across the road from a 7-Eleven, making it easy to grab snacks or necessities. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and responsive, providing excellent service. The room, while not perfect, was more than adequate for our needs.
